From the moment of our birth, we gather experiences and arrive at various points in our lives. These points form behavioral patterns. In Step 1, you will become more aware of your patterns and their roots - thus making them solvable.

2. Become conscious and understand

In Step 2, you realize that you are brilliant just as you are! The patterns that no longer serve you were strategies you adopted to navigate your world, protect yourself, shield others, survive, endure pain... You will see how everything makes perfect sense.

3. Free yourself from negative patterns

The good news is that all patterns have a conscious or unconscious origin, and can therefore be resolved. While they were once survival strategies for you, are they now obstructing you in your present life? Then it's time for an 'update,' so you can reveal your true, authentic self.

4. Redefine yourself!

Step 4 is extremely important and truly beautiful! You have the opportunity to redefine yourself after the process of resolution. YES, you heard it right! You decide how you want to continue living your life from now on. By reaching this point, you've already done great work and shed old patterns. The old resolved patterns leave an 'empty space.' In this step, together, we will ensure that you redefine yourself from your innermost self, driven by self-love.
