Hypnosis coaching is a highly efficient coaching strategy because it beautifully integrates these three dimensions.
During a hypnosis session, you are guided into a deep state of relaxation, in other words, into a trance.
Being in a trance means being deeply relaxed and yet highly attentive.
In this state, the door to the subconscious mind 'opens,' granting access to forgotten events as well as the origins of fears, blockades, traumas, and more.
A quick overview:
Our mind encompasses everything related to our thinking – thoughts, memories, behavior patterns, personality, ego, and the entire psyche, so to speak.
This is divided into the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is, compared to the conscious mind, the much larger part.
By conscious mind, you can think of cognitive thinking. It's the part I use, for example, to consider what I need for baking a cake or when I follow a recipe.
The subconscious mind constitutes about 95% of our mind.
Everything we have ever experienced in our lives is stored there.
This is where we find the origins of our fears, blockades, behavior patterns, thought patterns, and so on.
The subconscious mind is also the part that influences what you purchase, how you react to various situations, and reflects a significant portion of your personality.
What makes hypnosis unique is that it provides access to this vast realm of the subconscious mind, allowing you to resolve fears, problems, blockades, behavior patterns, or any other unwanted personality traits and replace them with positive ones.
